I put a first gen rotary pump in a 99 superduty and got my mounts from Autoworld up in MT. and I used a exhaust manafold from a F700 that has the turbo lower and to the back which got it away from the heater box. I used my V10 rediator and a intercooler from a 2005 superduty with a 6L. My gas tk had the mounts already for the intercooler and just had to plumb it all in. The Getrag will work if you get a 29 spline input for you 271 T case, but it is clock a couple of degrees down. If you look at a nv4500 and a Getrag tranny they have the same mounting positions, but the ZF the holes are rotated slightly.
The only thing I did was redrill my mounts and move my engine forward about an inch and a half.
Oh, good luck with your build. mine runs great with a 3200 gov spring and fuel pin and after i break it in I'll hit a Dyno days in Meridian ID to see some numbers.

Save yourself a lot of time and get a common rail turbo drain tube that is flexable from Cummins so you can bend it to fit the tube in the block!
