Are there many out there with homeade twin turbo conversions. Has anyone used a store bought kit for a dodge?

A buddy of mine has a 12 valve in a early 90's Ford. He is running a HX35 over S400 set of COMPOUNDS, home made.

 

I'm thinking of making a set for mine.

 

RAW, is your buddy a member of dieselbombers or any other cummins forum?

I had ATS 3000/5000 twins on my 06 Dodge. Unbelievable how much power that truck had.

 

I would be curious to see how he had the compounds run. Theres not much room in my style of Ford between the a/c box and the front fenders. One would have to be run right on top of the manifold and one right below it, and the piping would be tricky.

 

Richard "Mad Dog" Madsen has twins on his mid-90's OBS Ford-Cummins, and they were pretty massive iirc. It looks like he kept his AC, but sacrificed most of his inner fender
