I am the (proud) owner of a 95' ram 2500 4x4 12 valve single cab long bed.when I bought the truck it came with fully oxidized paint and a fair share of body work.Ive looked into getting paint and body work done, and the best price I have found is $1600 for paint and body work.Looking on craigslist I found a gas(5.2l) 2wd ram 1500 ext cab short bed for $500.I would like to know if it is not worth the effort to do a body swap between the 2.I believe that they are the same wheel base and frame.If it is possible what needs to be done?If anyone has done this, or has any imput on this let me know.I thank you in advance for any help.
