75 Dodge Crew Cab 4x4 Cummins conversion
I have an 89 D-250, 5speed manual, standard cab long bed, and love it, but i recently aquired a 75 dodge w200, power wagon, 4speed, crew cab. I was wonderin if any of you guys have done this or seen it, i was on buckstop earlier and saw one that i had instantly fallen in love with.
the way i was thinking of doing this was to pull the front clip off of the crew cab, and pull the motor, tranny and transfer case, and it has the np 203 transfer case, should i put the conversion kit in it or just get a different case? then pull the front clip of my d250, and pull the motor and trans, i want to keep the five speed if possible, but am not sure if i can with that tcase, then i want to put the cummins in the crew cab and put my 89 clip on the crew cab
sorry for the long post and any help is greatly appreciated
this is what i want it to look like

For sure do away with the np203 boat anchor they are junk but if I were you I would look for a getrage for a 4x4 with the t-case everything else should swap fine other then drive lines and the week dana44 hope to see some pics my brother is about to take a 75 crew and put 95 cummins running gear under it

yea i agree with the 203 bein a boat anchor, garbage transfer case, so i should probably picl up another 4x4 cummins truck, with a blown motor or somethin, that has the good running gear and swap that it, looks like its gunna be a long project, but worth it in the end, especially when im driving that beast in the picture, kind of a bummer, i am now up to 4 of these dodge power wagons sitting in my yard for donor trucks, 2 77 standard cab 4x4, 1 78 standard cab /6, and now the crew cab, and none of them will hold up to the ol cummins :P but ill get it eventually
