If you think about it, the Dodge was born from Ford, the brothers had their start from the executive side. Since then, they were picked up by chrysler, and have been carried over as a step child! They dropped the dodge for marketing reasons. That way it can be sold at any dealership dodge, jeep, chrysler without the dealer having to buy into the dodge market share. Smart
