It should as long as the 241 was behind a nv4500, which is 29 spline like the getrag. The autos are 23 spline. What kind of truck is it?

dodge 4500 is different from dodge auto which is different from chevy. the chevrolet nv4500 is 32 spline, dodge is 29, dodge auto is 23.
Remember the DHD 241 is drivers side drop, and you can't realistically run a chain drive case upside down, although since your putting it in a ford I'm guessing your trying to get drivers drop. Everything I've seen says the dhd splines will line up with the dhd splines, although whether the shafts are the right length I don't know.

I am in the process of a complete frame off restoration on my dads 1992 ford f250. Doing a SAS, 4 in tough country suspension lift, and painting the frame with por 15. As for the rest it will look factory accept the gauges, paint and rims/tires. I already have a 1992 dodge parts truck, but it doesn't have a transmission or transfer case, was getrag.
