BMW E36 Compact getting a M57TUD30 transplant :)
Well, to make a long story short...
Light Car, Lots of Torque, Lots of HP, Lots of Smoke, LSD !!!!
This is my recipe for a FAST RWD Hatchback !!!!
245 PS (180 kW; 242 hp)@4000, 500 N·m (370 lb·ft)@2000-2250
in a car, that used to have these specs:
77 kW (105 hp) and 165 N·m (122 ft·lbf)
will add more pics later, when facebook starts displaying photos again :P

Hy angelicO,
You don't use the stock intercooler, do you? Yours does look different.Nice pictures and a nice spacey garage.
Just be careful with the engine- they do always need a nice and good warm-up.
BMW was never able to fix that sensitive heads, against warping and developing cracks when heated up to quick, in the past.
I'm keen to see your progress- thanks for showing us that compact monster
Lower mounted engine- that will also benefit into a lower center gravity and an awesome handling.

I know, not only the diesels, but all BMW motors...
They are great machines and should be treated well...
