The dodge adapter is not the sae 1,2 or 3 there is an actual dodge adapter along with a ford one and if you go to www.destroked.com they have adapters for a cummins to just about any ford engine. Pricey but they look like quality adapters

O ok, If I was to buy a cummins that was on a bus with a allison tranny hooked to it what would it take to hook the dodge tranny to it? I'm also concerned that some of the cummins didnt have the motor mounts where the dodge version had them. I think they are by where the tranny bolts up. Don't know if you could answer that but anything is greatly appriciated.

the adapter i believe will NOT be the same as the dodge one but those dodge ones are not to hard to find.
As for the motor mounts there are so many ways and options to hook them up.
Some will connect to the side of the block in the middle some in the front some in the very from some are straight some are angled. Many people make there own so that road is optionless as far as a conversion goes.
If you can weld and fabricate just make your own to fit where you want them.
I don't know if you can also go to www.4btswaps.com even if you are using a 6bt everything is the same just the length of the motor.
