Default 99 GMC HD3500 5.9 Cummins 9 speed

Hi guys been a lurker for some time and just wanted to show what im planing here.I have a Hd3500 15,000 gvw and im putting in a 5.9 cummins and a 9 speed eaton trans and a Kodiak rearend and a rear air ride from a Freightliner ambulance i'm also going to put the front frings and front shackles from the kodiak under the front and am going to make up a air ride setup for it also i also raised the rear 5" to match up with the front springs from the Kodiak the truck will have the larger 8 lug aluminum wheels from the kodiak i just need to buy a set of adapters for the front and later i will be changing out the solid front axle to a dana 60 or 70 anyhow thats a start i will have a few pictures shortly.wish me luck!!!

If you could source a Dana 70 from a Kodiak, you wouldn't need adapters for the front wheels. Food for thought...

yeah, i thought about the 70 from a kodiak but its way to wide I was thinking of putting the i-beam axle out of my kodiak under it but its like 10" to wide I love how the kodiak axle turns you can almost turn on a dime I also heard there is not many axle ratio's for the 70 i need to find out what ratio my rear is.

ok got the rearend just about done now its time for the front
