97 Chevy 3500 Swap
 

:jump:Ok I have a 350 5.7 vortec gas and was told it was a little small to really tow with and have a camper. One problem is the truck is 2wd. I want to be able to tow with the best of them. I need the power to. I had to find a truck that could tow and have 4 doors for the family. So I settled for a fleet work truck full size money wise I got a great deal. 130,000 miles for 3,500 so not bad the cool part is my wife said it was big enought to travel. Score:jump: So any help on how to upgrade this will be great

Quick question..Lets say you have a 12v motor and tranny already.. how much does the install end up costing? I'm at the point of trying to figure that out before I go any further and just looking to get some numbers from guys that have done it.. Thanks guys
