2.8 S400 with a .9 exhaust housing. Driving conservatively the egt's never went over 1150. I could bury the gauge with ease.

What do the temps look like when towing, normal driving, idling, pulling?

I don't tow with it or should say I haven't since the conversion. Temps idling and driving always stay in the normal range at about 1/4 the way up on the gauge. Pulling it's never gone above half way and never lost any coolant. The only issue is with the A/C. If your not going down the road with air crossing the condenser the pressures will get too high.

Yes I've thought about electric. Haven't found what I think would work the best for my set up yet.

I just got the information to hook the cruise control back up. I'll post more when I start the project.
