I am in the market for a Jeepster for a 4bt conversion project

half cab or full cab but I want a hard top

a lil Cummins 4bt should get be 35-38 mpg

coupled up to a NV4500 and possibly a gearvendor splitter would be cool

still lookin for the donar vehicle but did find some good pics out there of what I am after

 

So if anyone knows of a good Jeepster/Comando donar or a 4BT, nv4500 or anything else like that lemme know

Ya alright Whitmore like you need another project I just got ahold of a Cummins reconed 4BT and trans for my 87 YJ

 

What happened? I got a 67 jeepster and just blew the Old 225 to pieces in the lava fields. I would love to here how this project is going, did ya start? I wonder if the old 3 speed would hold up?
