Default 6.5 DIESEL ELECTRIC TO MECH INJECTION

I have a 1980 wrecker, 350, I have NV4500 in it so the trans isn’t a problem, it’s a 94 engine and had a electrical pump on it but I’m wanting to put a mechanical pump in being I won’t wanna have a control module. Didn’t know what all I’ll have to do to this motor to make it mechanical injection? TIA

My understanding is you need the mechanical injection pump from a 6.2/6.5 NA engine. Not sure if that requires lines and injectors swapped or not.
