It passed, the only issue that came up was the engine light. One inspection book said it needed to be connected another said it didn't. Some calls had been made and it was decided that the light did not have to be connected because its a mechanical engine and there isn't anything to connect it to. There was no smoke test, I didn't even have to start the engine, it just had to appear as it did in 1995. The inspector did say, I may get a inspection date in 5 years to make sure I didn't switch back to a gas engine. I ordered the gauges so once they are in, I'll start looking for injectors and the fuel plate. Thank you for all the help.

3 of my friends have ditched the Super B to move onto the Killer B, or better. It's a big cost to step through each performance level like that.

I'm still dabbling with an '02 HX35 because I love how fast it spools, and was a free hand-me-down from one of those guys. Its not 500hp, but gets chores done that completely suck with a gas V8. I have a HE351CW going on next (also a hand-me-down).

IMO, if you're going to spend large on a turbo, make sure its *the* one you need, or you might as well play around with cheap used alternatives.
