Default Cummins swap in 06 F250

Im a powerstroke guy and need help from my Cummins brothers. I found this unicorn on craigslist and want to know if it's worth looking at. If so, what questions should I ask? What concerns should I have? From what ive researched so far, the upgrades he's done are top notch. Anyone have opinions? Id appreciate all input!

I wouldnt pay 21k for a ppump conversion 24v. Maybe that much if it had a newer CR that could have tunes loaded. At best I would possibly pay 15k. Looks as if he is trying to get all his money he put into it back out of it.

BUT as it sits if everything was swapped correctly and the factory gauges work I think it would be a pretty solid truck. Check to see what block he has in it. Since you dont know the exact mileage on it I would be weary of 53 block. You can use it as a negotiation tactic to get the price down even further. Good luck.

I am always cautious of someones project. Unless you are already capable of working on it I would pass, as it would be hard to find someone else that is familiar with how it was converted.
