Fuel delivery setup

I have a 96 f350 cclb. What is the best way to plumb the fuel tanks? Can i use both tanks with the tank switch? hoping to start the build in a couple months. I'm putting in a 96 12v. Thanks

My '95 F350 w/PSD had dual tanks, and the fuel pump is mechanical on those years... just like on a 12v cummins.
