Default 12 valve differences?

I am looking at a rebuilt 6bt 5.9c cummins and am thinking about purchasing it but want to know the differences between the industrial engine and the dodge engine. My ultimate goal would be to put the engine in my truck. The engine looks like this http://usedspareparts.net/sites/defa...sition=elastic. Looking at the picture I can see a few differences; mainly the turbo being mounted high and the lack of a intercooler.

edit: I am also looking at some NOS QSB6.7 cummins for my truck and am curious what people think of them.

Looks like a VE pump without the AFC housing. It may not be much fun in an automotive application because the AFC is largely responsible to provide the extra fuel shot when you mash the skinny pedal to get the turbo spooling. Good news is all the Dodge truck VE pumps have the AFC, and should swap right over. A p-pump could be done too, but requires the timing cover, fuel lines, and injectors. A high-mile tired engine, or a cracked 53 block is a cheap way to acquire fuel system jewelry, and the vac/ps pump that mounts below the injection pump.

I'm already not a fan of electronic diesels, and for a swap I would only consider a mechanical one. Less headaches. Keep it simple.

EDIT: IMO, a Dodge truck is the easiest/cheapest/best place to source a cummins for install into another truck.
