Before and after

 

Got the flywheel back from the machine shop and went to work on the clutch, I sourced a new pilot bearing from the local bearing supply but the minor diameter is 1mm to large so I made a bushing and pressed it into the bearing and has a good slip fit over the input shaft

 

I have been working on the shape of the motor mounts, still lots of gussetts to build and weld to stiffen them

Modified alt pulley to drive a engine driven compressor

 

Air compressor and fan showed up

 

Started the air intake

 

Had to move the turbo but the little 4bt is mounted in the jeep
