Default 2004 Ford F-150 5.4 V8
Does anyone know of a ccompany or of a way to remove my 5.4 engine and replace it with a Cummins engine?

Buy a engine hoist and a welder and get to work. Or If you have enough money try these guys. cumminsdieselrepowers.index.html
