kubota v2203 in 89 toyota pickup help

That would be a cool swap, I would love to have a Kubota in a Toyota 4X4! Before you get too far in check and see what gears your truck has, you need to be in the 3.42 range, 3.73 will work but they're not good interstate gears. Tires affect gear size also. As far as the swap goes, it all depends on your specific set of skills. It just takes time to process through the adapter plates, mounts, and belt systems.

I drilled the block on mine, both sides actually. driver side for the dipstick, and passenger side for the turbo oil drain. Go slow and use cutting oil I had to get a longer drill bit for the driver side, to keep the angle perpendicular with the flat spot on the block.

Give them a call and ask for Sam, see if maybe he can send you something. I'm not sure how up-to-date the website is, the website is new.
