Default 98 Dakota Cummins B3.3 Build

I have been gathering parts for some time to do this build and its time to pull the plug

98 2wd dakota ext cab manual trans slt

the tranny on my Dakota locked up so I figured now is a good time to get started

what I gathered
Cummins 3.3 fresh build form a student at a tech school in PA
adapter kit for trans from Phoenix conversions in Nebraska
transmission from a v8 Dakota needed the bell-housing bolt pattern
the rest of the stuff fuel pump filter inter-cooler motor mounts misc fittings from our old friend EBAY

below are a couple of links one is where I post my pictures and the second is the engine running before I bought it

Don't pull the plug now, it looks like you've got most of the pieces and alot of the time consuming work done. Put it all together and lets see some diesel smoke coming out the exhaust pipe of that Dakota!

I posted some new pictures on photobucket http://s1125.photobucket.com/user/deck60/library/dakota%20build
did a pan modification this mod will give me 3" of extra height should sit better in the engine bay less of a hood scoop I will need a hood scoop for the inter-cooler anyway and the fuel pump is mounted 14psi
