Can someone help

I have a 03 duramax lb7 an I'm runnin a ppe hot+2 an the truck will barely even smoke, even on level 4 and I'm wondering why that is.

Frankly, low fuel to air ratio.

Check your fuel rail pressure while gunning it. Clean the maf sensor.
