I will agree with you. The body swap would be more involved. And van motors are offset to the right. After I realized that ford van I linked was a 1/2 ton I dismissed it.

Its funny though because not only one cummins truck has the same wheel base as a van.. Eight do.

we used to have a 2003 7.3 powerstroke van at work, I hate working on power jokes an hate working on vans so ths thing was a nightmare. I would look into a 4bt cummins if I was you.
