Default 86 Chevy p30 6.2...

So when I started up my truck after winter hibernation I noticed it was out of coolant and what was left was coming out of the rear/bottom of the engine's driver side..I looked to see if it was a freeze plug but it was leaking from the plug that is in front of the freeze plug. There are 2 wires coming out of the plug thats leaking and I cant find any info on this in any of my manuals..Does anyone know what part this is or where the wires go?? Thanks...

Its your block heater that is leaking. The wires go to the plug on the front of the truck that goes in a wall out let.
