Default 98 6.5l runs then stalls

hi new to this forum i just bought a 1998 chevy 3500 crew cab 4x4 with 232xxx miles. Everything works great until i decided one weekend to save a few bucks and poured fuel oil in the tank cause a friend said it would work great. Well thats when all these problems arose. so far i have replaced the injector pump with a used one with approx. 75000 miles on it, a new lift pump, ops sensor and fuel pump relay and relocated the pmd to the front bumper. Heres the problem. First thing in the mornin i try starting it and she fires up great. i can let it idle for at least 2 hrs and no problem but once i start puttin rpms to it and drive it around a field i got itll cut rite out after like 30seconds of drivin. at first i thought it was dirty fuel oil so i hot wired the lift pump and drained the tank through the t valve on front of the motor. after that i put 5 gallons of clean diesel with additive in the tank and still same problem. no codes of any sort show up either. but after it shuts off i try and open the bleeder on top of the fuel filter housing and either air blows out or sucks in and the filter housing is empty of fuel
