Default Replaced O rings...now won't start!

1996 Ford F350 7.3 liter 4WD
Replaced O rings on the injectors. Replaced valve cover harness on both sides. Replaced cam position sensor. Changed fuel filter. Checked the oil and the HPOP reservoir, both checked fine. Had no problems starting truck before doing all of the above. However now I only get crank with no start. The WTS comes on but no tach. Any and all suggestions welcome!

put the truck on a battery charger because it will take alot of cranking to get all the air out of the system before it will start, even after it starts it will still take a little bit to get all the air out. Don't overcrank and hurt the starter, maybe 10 seconds at a time with a little break in between.

If that don't work may be a bad CPS. But when I replaced my glow plugs on my 99, it took ably 10 minutes for her to fire up oh and make sure you put a bucket below or on your exhaust or start in the grass oil will come out for about 10 minutes.

Did you purge the fluids from the cylinders before putting everything back together and trying to start it? Also, it will take a few cranking sessions to start. Crank for 15-20 seconds, break for a minute or two and then go again. Also check your HPOP res to make sure there is oil in there. If it's empty, fill it.

Thanks for suggestion of putting on charger... I put it on charger with my booster and kept trying... FINALLY turned over. Originally I was just a bit nervous about burning up my starter and wasn't holding it long enough. Thanks again, I'm back on the road!
