Sad 2006 mega cab 4x4

not sure when but I just noticed that the vents or defrost does't have much flo but fan sounds like it is blowing hard but don't matter where you put dial just low flo any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix only have 50,000 mile on it

I pretty sure ur truck doesn't have a cabin filter, I could be wrong?? I would say check the relay for the switch, if good then my guess is that the switch it self is bad, Does it blow hard out of the floor, vent or defrost, like it's stuck on one or the other?

If no air flow at all, it most likely will be the blend door is broke off at the pivot point on the electric actuator, it's behind the glove box

no it blows the same maybe a little harder out the back floor vent all the rest the same just a little but fan sounds like it is blowen hard

Your fan is probably fine, I am thinking your door is malfunctioning or ur switch is bad,

I checked behind the glove box and when I changed the switch from floor to vent the rod did not move but I got a little air to come out the vent so is it the door or switch

turns out it is the door for fresh air that broke it looks like a big job to fix thanks for the input not sure if I am going to tackle it though
