1999 7.3 not getting fuel

1999 7.3 not getting fuel
I have a 1999 7.3 that will not start because of not getting fuel. I replace the fuel pump, cps, and dropped tje tank to make sure all was clean. I'm new to diesels and puzzled. All help is appreciated thanks.
