Default '08 6.7 cummins turbo issues??

OK, so i stumbled onto an '08 ram 2500 4x4 with a 6.7 cummins in it for 14k and i want to keep the truck i mean its still got 3k miles left on the warranty looks sharp and far as i can tell runs like a champ... But my fathers flipping his **** because he had one that he put 4 turbos in and one was after he deleted the EGR. Now the dealer did replace 3 for him 4th was after 100k miles. But i know that man wont give it a rest until i can prove that it was only his that was one of the lemons. So im looking for some educated input about the turbos on them something ironclad so he will stfu or i can sell it b4 it hits 100k and im out 3k dollars. It was repo'd why such a good price took it to dodge house they checked it found nothing wrong but a dirty air filter. So if you have or had a cummins simular to this i'd love your feedback thanks.

Default Thanks for input

But it hasn't caused any major problems with the motor or turbo? Apparently this has a new one on it but guy at the dodge house says they had to pay for it because of a chip he put on it and also said it was most likely the reason but idk.
