are they any noises of trying to engage in the transfer. the motors on the transfer go bad sometimes. the biggest problem i have seen is the transfer leaks fluid thru the driveshaft and then causes the chain to stretch and fall off inside.

Havent heard any noises. Is the motor easy to replace or is it something i should have a mechanic look at?
Thanks,
Ryan

they are easy. my 08 transfer started making noise and popped real loud. i changed the motor thinking it was it but it ended up being a dry transfer leaking and stretching the chain inside the case. sounds like your electric motor is not working maybe.
