Default help

just put new ball joints on my truck...upper and lower. have a funny noise now...sounds like a tennis ball in a card board box!... i have taken the truck back apart about 4 times re torquing all bolts. but today i saw that when the truck is running and i turn the steering wheel the balljoint stud and castle nut turn also on the top ball joints only. is that normal? i retorqued them again to 75ft lbs in the order that is listed in the manuel. is it possble i got the wrong balljoints?
please help guys i am going nuts over this

It looks like you got the wrong joints. They're too long/wrong taper, and the nut is running out of threads before tightening up.
