engine mises than works fine here and there weird

Stock? Milage? Valves ever been adjusted? Fuel issues? Any odd colored smoke when it does it?

I would say injector. An easy way to check it is get a temp gun and point it to the exhaust manifold and see which cylinder is the coldest.

THE TRUCK IS 99 2500 STOCK HAS 280K AUTO SOUNDS GOOD MOME 10 TO 15 MINUTES THAN AFTER WARM IT WILL ALL SUDDENMISS FOR 3 SECONDS THEN RETURN TO NORMAL I REPLACED THE THE ELECTRIC PUMP UNDER BODY RAIL BUT SAME THING

I had the shop replace my lift pump once but after that it missed often... It was sucking air. Pull your filter housing off see if its bubbling at all?
