so you are saying you have 2 trucks and they both have had the cam and crank sensor replaced and they are both stalling? i would say put the old sensors back in and see if that fixes the problem unless they wouldnt start with th old sensors before. but if thats the case put them in and see if it changes anything, if it does go get some warranty sensors and try an new set. mabye you mixed up the sensors for the two trucks unless they are the same sensors. is it throwing any codes? off road fuel is really good for diesel engines it has alot more sulfer in it to lube up the pump and injectors internally

ok the 05 ran good for about 2 weeks after replacing the crank and cam sensor then just died. I just put my scanner on it and its givin me injector control pressure to low and open cam and crank output signal open. Is that injector control oil or fuel pressure?
The 03 i do believe is the fuel pump because its throwing no codes at all. The guy that owns them does hardly aint maintrence and now i am getting all the headaches. Does the 05 sound more serious then a bad sensor or 2 and a fuel pump?

you should monitor icp pressure to verify it will go over 500 psi while cranking the engine
Those engines will set these codes anytime they die

Injector control pressure is way too low. The first thing to check is the oil level in the HPOP reservoir. It should be about an inch from the top. it could have leaking o-rings at the ICP valve or a bad HPOP. There might be other possibilities but those are a good place to start. The 7.3 could have o-ring problems on the injectors also but I am not familiar with the 6.0 so I am not sure they have the same problem.

do you have a scanner that will show voltages and other sensor readings?

it could be alot of different things. if your scanner will show redings, look at the IPR reading, and see if it is commanding oil pressure. also, look at the icp pressure whiole cranking for 30 seconds or so. if it is making 500 plus it should start and not the reason. if it is below 500psi then it could be several different things. check that out and let us know what it reads, then we can go ffrom there.

also, what is the battery voltage. they wont start if they are below a certain voltage.
