So..I havent had any time to really look into the problem too deep...so ill rely on you guys.....i put and air dog on my 03 5.9, and a couple days ago, it quit turning on with ignition...so i have to sit and roll the motor over ...over and over..then when it fires..the pump runs....any ideas? thanks fellers

 

Did you check the relay? All the wiring?

 

Any leaks?

 

If I remember correctly doesn't the air dog unit run off of the factory fuel pump connector? It should only cue the Airdog to kick on whenever the computer would kick the factory pump on..... Are you sure the problem lies withing the pump assembly?

 

I would have to be electrical. Have you checked the relay, fuses? how do you have it hooked up?
