Default 2003 dodge doesn't like running

the truck starts up fine and might idle ok or nearly stall then fire back up and now it has started stalling on me. When shifting gears the throttle sometimes responds like it should and other times it takes a few seconds for it to respond. i have just replaced injector but it was doing it before i replaced them, they were changed because of mileage. NEED HELP

Fuel pressure readings? What are you running for a lift pump? How many miles?

don't know fuel pressure but the lift pump is only a month old and it is the stock in the tank one. it has 344km on the truck the truck pulls fine under heavy accel and there doesn't sound like there is a miss when it is running smooth
