2006 2500 engine revs up engine takes over runs up too2300 will not idle down have too shut this thing down has any one have this happen need help Dodge dealer no help .wants too replace every thing in fuel system for 6700 bucks not real .

 

doesnt sound like a fuel issue to me, sounds more like programing is fubar...
