ok goin thru this in my head the only things you had apart that would keep it from starting would be the fuel lines and the wiring which it sounds like you have allready checked...i'm wondering if possibly the shaft on the cp3 is slipping inside the gear since its kinda hard to tighten it down real good without making a fixture...do you have any way of checking live data on it? where you can see whats going on with the rail pressure so that you can see if that is the case without taking it back apart?....or are you sure your still getting air like because your getting air at the bleeding screw?....also the ecm could be in an unstable state since you had the wiring apart....take the battery cables off and touch them together for a min of 30sec to reboot it

yeah there are several places on the filter and filter housing that one could have an air leak but unless he changed the filter just because then he wouldnt have had any of those parts off changing the CP3

1093?...0093 dosnt come up but 0090 is a fuel reg code....1093 is a low rail pressure during power enrichment code...means your commanded rail pressure and your actual rail pressure are too far apart
