Default Riding Rough

I just replaced my brakes, calipers, hub wheel assembly, and ball joints on my whole front end on my 99 F250. My front right tire had wires showing on my front right tire. I slapped the spare on there until my new tires come in next Friday. The truck is riding horribly rough. It's making a lot of tire noise which it never did before. It's bouncing a lot. Is this related to the spare being on there, or did I do something wrong?

To be honest, I can't tell.

And the spare is a little bigger than my other tires. And it has full tread, and my front left has no tread.
