Default fuel leak

i have a 91.5 dodge that runs great but it has a fuel leak above the filter. i think that it has something to do with the plastic block above it. any suggestions? is there any way i can just bypass this filter system totally or delete this plastic block?

i had this same problem, if you take your fuel filter off you will see the thing that the filter screws on too. on the bottom of that piece, there is a notch, i took an allen wrench and slipped it into the slots and turned it untill i couldnt turn anymore. then re-install your filter and you are all set
