That sounds like a fuse on the truck, I am not sure which fuse that is in the fuse box, but I would start there.

If your not getting power to just the one pin but you are to the rest then your problem is someplace between the the plug and where it connects in to your taillites. Any number of ways that could be done.

Got it hooked up now. While I was eating my dad looked at it and found a blown fuse.
