Default Dash not straight after heater core replacement

Replaced my heater core yesterday. Have it all back together but 1 problem; the driver side end of dash is sitting about 1/4" high and 1/4" forward than what it should be. Passenger side is fine. Does anyone know what could be holding it up? I can't find anything. It does not budge at all.
Thanks!

IDK, but you may have to tear it back apart.

Thanks!

If it's like a 96 there's a bolt at each end that the dash sits on and pivots up into location. Is it sitting all the way down on that bolt ?

I agree with that. The pivot bolts on the outside, bottom of the dash frame are probably the problem.

I can tell the Driver Side is sitting just under 1/4" high and towards the seat according to the pivot bolt; Need to figure out why though.
It is not sitting in the same spot as it used to.
