Default Spring install now it wont move out of it's own way!

Well I installed my 3200 governer spring I reindexed my throttle properly. everything is all toghether but. I have no throttle respons what so ever. It will slowly excelerate when on the hwy and when boost kicks in it starts to darts off. But from a dead stop and smashing on the gas it does nothing but slowly move as if I were slowly (and I mean slowly) pressing the gas.

Reinstall the stock spring, see what happens. Might be getting too much fuel, not enough air.
