Default accelerate and it coughes and spudders
when i take off it coghs and spudders in all gears and in n 5 speed

It would be most helpful for us to troubleshoot, if we knew which model make and year of the truck giving you these issues...

or the overflow valve/bolt on the injection pump...i've seen a few of those latly
