Default 04,5 auto feels like it sliping on incline at start the rpm go to 1800 befor it start

it has 75000 on it has all service done on time have smarty on #3 have 2200 lbs camper on drive like am old man never felt the slip with out the load it will drive fine then come to astop and go to take off and truck seams to not speed up with rpm move up as normaly would gos to around 1800rpm bangs a littel then start to move uo to speed like it should is this the tc not locking up? or something invalve body any info would be of great help is there atest to check the tc lockup ? thanks the sliping does not happen all the time

could it be govenor solenoid?

Sounds like your driving through the converter. Bad torque converter.
