okay i just put the marine injectors in my truck and finally got them to seal properly, well now from an idle at about 700 rpm to about a grand when its rolling it will studder and miss and carry on.

well i took it on the interstate yesterday with a little trailer and a johndeere gator running about 70 mph,any time we would go up a hill it would jump violently forwards and backwards and miss and carry on,after driving it for a little bit longer i noticed at about 70 mph as soon as it would hit about 15-20 psi of boost it would start that violent shake, but you could let off of it and it would stop.

any ideas?

Good thought however would still verify fuel supply volume your larger inj. are requiring more fuel supply and swapping back may not reveal root cause. just my thought's. PS; are you still running orig. mech. lift pump, fuel heater set up if so try cleaning sediment bowl and screen .its by the lift pump have seen this overlooked many times and its easier than R&R injectors.

okay, i replaced the overflow valve and nothing,no difference what so ever, also i replaced my fuel filter. ill clean the sediment bowl and screen next. but im probally trading the truck in soon.

but if i can get it running good it may just change my mind, also how hard is it to adjust the timing?
