Default 02 duramax, crank but no start.

my 02 was taken to get the spray in bed liner. it was driven there, parked and the started to go into the bay. after it was finshed, it would not start. it was there for less than 24 hours. had to have it towed back. where should i start?? possibly lost the prime?? bad fuel filter?? what?

ok, well i think the filter is gonna get changed anyways. i am past due for it. i am really hoping it is something simple and cheap to fix.

also, its had a code reader on it, and no codes were found, will a clogged filter always throw a low rail pressure code??

ok some new info on the truck, had it at the local shop(not a diesel shop) and they beat on the under side of the tank like they would with a gasser with a faulty pump, and it started. so could this be a fuel suction tube issue??
