I am currently working on some stuff on my truck and when playing with the turbo I realized that the turbine shaft does not spin completely free. There is no shaft play and I am still able to create 20lbs of boost with my 4BT motor. I do have a slight haze of black smoke though.

What are your thoughts I need help. I want to put it back in the truck.
