I need help have a 1999 F350 with a 7.3L when i first start it it wont revup no matter how hard i press the pedal it just slowly revs but once its alil warm it does fine. Also when i first start this truck it leaks oil like crazy on the drivers side of the engine i think its from the oifilter neck but not sure is this a normal problem for my truck plz help anybody thanks

 

Is it also making a loud hissing noise in the exhaust? Is the oil leak in the front, middle or rear of the engine?
