95 e350 NO START!
hey im racking my brain here, i have a 95 e350 7.3 powerstroke. i tried all the basics, checked for fuel, blew out all te line, and even pressurized the tank, i put a new starter in it because it was cranking kind of slow, and my snap on scanner says its cranking about 140 rpm's ( not sure if thats good but it should run), that also meens the cam sensor must be working because im getting a reading right? the glow plugs are getting power and the light works and all the fuses are good so im thinking that pcm fuse is good. any input would be greatly appreciated thankyou.

it has been in my garage for 2 days at a constant 70 degrees so im sure its warm enough. i dont think its cranking too slow because as far as i can tell its cranking the same speed as my 2000 f250 psd and that starts fine. what does a normal one crank for rpms? and were would i find the high pressure oil resevour? any idea what it is suppose to run for psi? my snap on scanner says its about 3000psi while cranking. i also tried doing a buzz test but NO BUZZ. came up with 4 codes p1293, p1294, p1295, p1296. said high side open bank #1 and #2, and multiple faults banks #1 and #2. im confused so feel free to chip in. also no smoke at tailpipe and wont run off cheater fluid. thanks

The HPOP reservoir is on top of the engine in the front. The fuel filter is mounted to the back side of it. It needs a minimum pressure of 400 psi to start and idles at around 500 psi. 3000 psi isw more than enough to fire the injectors. The codes indicate that you have a problem with the FICM or wiring to the injectors. If the injectors aren't buzzing they can not inject fuel and it can't run.

I guess the site needs a list of all the acronyms so that us people that don't know what all those abreviations mean can look them up. FICM means fuel injector control module. Sorry about that. It is hiding inside the drivers side fender. Here is a link someone sent me that might help in checking the wiring. GB Remanufacturing - Tech Bulletin #103
