My dad has a 04' dodge and whenever he tilts the wheel the fan for the heat and cool air shuts off. You have to have it set just right to get it goen again. Sometimes when you hit bumps it shuts off too. Its kind-of nice to come back into a warm pick-up after working in the cold. Is there some wire that keeps shorting out you think? Thanks

ya, thats all that we've noticed

 

It could be a bad ignition switch or the wheel tilt mechanism is moving the switch to a position between contacts. One other possibility is the switch is out of position on the steering column and needs adjusted.

no still haven't figured it out yet, but it hasn't been bothering as bad for some reason.
